We want you to be happy with your oud. Please read this before returning an item.
Unopened items: 7 days
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unopened, unused and in its original sealed packaging.
Opened items
Opened agarwood chips, dehn al oud, bakhoor, incense and perfumes cannot be returned, because natural oud cannot be resold once opened.
Damaged or wrong item
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos on +971 55 736 2840. We will replace it free of charge.
How to return
- Message us on WhatsApp or email nagalandtrading786@gmail.com with your order number.
- We arrange collection or tell you where to drop the item.
- The return delivery cost is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or wrong.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the returned item, we refund to your original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
